Village Garage cofounder and experienced fabricator Glen Sauer combined his expertise with that of Ryan Scheswohl, an award-winning distiller with experience working at larger scale. Their goals in planning the distillery were to centralize operations to make it easier to brew and distill with high yield and efficiency. “Fairly simple system,” Ryan says. “One man can do it all.”
