Canada Malting
Specially produced to be higher in protein relative to beer malt, Canada Malting’s Copper Dome Series Bourbon Malt is light in color with high diastatic power and good extract, making it a great base-malt option for your spirits. It is well-modified, with gentle kilning to raise enzyme levels.
